Welcome to Ollin Tuner. By downloading, installing, or using the Ollin Tuner application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Disclaimer

Ollin Tuner is an entertainment application. All readings, transmissions, and responses generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only.

• Readings do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of advice
• The App makes no claims of supernatural ability, psychic power, or predictive accuracy
• You should not rely on any reading or transmission from the App to make real-life decisions
• For any real-life concerns, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field

2. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence provided by third-party services (specifically, Groq Inc.) to generate readings. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or nonsensical
• You understand that your questions are sent to Groq's servers to generate a response, and you consent to this data transmission
• You agree not to submit any sensitive personal information (such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or medical information) in your questions
• We do not store, log, or retain your questions or the AI-generated responses

3. Eligibility

The App is rated for ages 4 and up. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchases:

• 3 Additional Readings (consumable): Adds 3 readings to your balance. This is a one-time consumable purchase and is non-refundable once used.
• Unlimited Access (non-consumable): A one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks unlimited readings and removes all advertisements permanently.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policy.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads may collect certain device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. Users who purchase Unlimited Access will not be shown any advertisements, and ad-related data collection will cease.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the question fields
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App's AI features to generate content that is harmful, harassing, or illegal

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, animations, and code in the App are the property of Ollin Tuner and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated readings will be accurate, meaningful, or appropriate
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any content or readings generated by the App
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Apple (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud), Google (AdMob), and Groq (AI). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Apple EULA Acknowledgment

This agreement is between you and Ollin Tuner, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
